Everywhere, Everywhere we find the delights of the Divine. We need not feel that we must be anywhere in particular to connect with the Divine essence of God.
Connecting with God is as simple as closing ones eyes and taking in a nice deep breath and then releasing that breath.
We need not wait to connect to God within the walls of a church, temple, Gurdwara, or Mosque. We can connect with the Divine God through simply stepping outside our homes and taking in some fresh air. Picking up a leaf in the park, giving someone a smile or a hug, we can see the spark of God in a child's eyes, and if we look in a mirror, that same spark is in our eyes too!
Go to the Ocean, and scoop up some water out of the ocean into your hand and then gently allow the water to drip back into the great Ocean..........This is a very simple exercise, however it is one that we can do that may help us understand how easy it is to reconnect with the Divine.
- Visualize the vast Ocean as the Divine and the drops the individual self.
- Now as you return the water back to the Ocean see yourself merging into that vast Ocean.
- This is our connection we make with the Divine.
Only know that Drop is never separate from the Divine in the first place, it to is the Divine Essence of God.
Meaning of the word: Namaste
